Surface Design [4 weeks]

Learn an assortment of ceramic surface design techniques like mishima, sgraffito, tissue transfers, lusters, stamp making and more in this 4-week beginners friendly series with Lizbeth Navarro.

There are 2 sessions of this series. Both sessions cover core surface design techniques like Mishima, Sgraffito and glazing. Each session will then cover these NEW specialized techniques: 

Lizbeth Navarro was born and raised in Guanajuato, Mexico. Her work is inspired by her multicultural heritage, and exposing her students to ceramics as a tool to explore their own creativity. Her mission as an artist and an educator is to cultivate a culture of positiveness, inclusion, acceptance, exploration and empowerment through the arts.

This series is for ages 16+. All materials included. No experience required. On the last day of class, we are having a potluck!
