Join us for a pottery workshop led in American Sign Language (ASL)
This one-time class is for anyone with experience in American Sign Language, including Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and hearing participants who know at least basic ASL.
Two options (check for date description):

Handbuilding with Chastidy Vasconez, a child of Deaf adults (CODA) and ASL interpreter, who is excited to share the art of handbuilding with others who use ASL. Spoken English translation will also be available upon request.
- Wheel Throwing with Dyan Sue kovacs. She was born deaf and has been doing wheel throwing on and off for years and years and is excited to guide you step-by-step into throwing a small cup, bowl, or dish.
The Info:
- All materials provided to keep one piece
- No experience required, this is a beginners class
- Ages 10+. Ages 10-17 must sign up with an adult
- This is not an ASL class, you must know at least basic ASL
