Coil Pots [Echo Park]

Coil Pots at POT in Echo Park. This is a 4-week class, each class is 2 hours. This series was formerly called Handbuilding 2.

Learn the coil construction technique from step one, to make a larger sculptural and/or functional piece. Coil construction is great for exploring organic shapes and is the ultimate technique for handbuilders looking to make anything you want. 

Tap into your creativity with support as your teacher takes you step-by-step through this fundamental handbuilding technique. You'll experiment with more glaze colors and techniques too! 

This is a level 2 class. Minimal clay experience is required. If you have no handbuilding experience, first take Intro to Handbuilding.
